Proxi Agent Privacy Policy

Proxi Agent is designed to work without developer-operated accounts, analytics, tracking, or backend data collection. We do not collect, receive, sell, share, track, or profile personal data from your use of the Proxi Agent iOS app.
How the App Connects
Proxi Agent connects directly from your device to the Proxmox server or cluster you configure. Server addresses, usernames, credentials, cluster data, task data, logs, and other operational information are exchanged between your device and your Proxmox environment. They are not sent to us.
Information Stored on Your Device
Proxi Agent stores user-provided connection metadata, such as display name, host, port, username, realm, and authentication mode, locally on your device so the app can reconnect to your servers.
Passwords and API token secrets are stored in Apple Keychain. We do not receive or have access to those credentials.
iCloud Sync
If enabled by Apple system services, Proxi Agent may sync non-secret connection metadata through Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store under your Apple account. Credentials and API token secrets are not synced by Proxi Agent through this mechanism. We do not operate or receive data from that iCloud storage.
Analytics, Tracking, and Sharing
- We do not use app analytics or advertising trackers.
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- We do not create user profiles.
- We do not collect crash logs or diagnostics through our own backend.
Deleting Data
You can remove saved connections and credentials in the app. You can also remove app data from iOS settings or by deleting the app from your device.
